Also when I boot into safe mode the same exact issue happens so I don't think it is driver related. I also tried booting to the advanced startup menu and restoring but it failed with both the option to remove my files and without. (Perhaps it was broken by an automatic Windows update.) This just happened randomly as I used the computer a day before and it worked fine. I also tried using the onscreen keyboard but it is as if the login box is no longer there.
That did not help and neither did using the tab key as that only highlights the three buttons mentioned before. I have tried just typing and hoping the cursor is in the right spot under theĪssumption the box is off the screen somewhere.
